How do I upload a container?

Drag and drop whatever file you have, or type container numbers in manually. One document can hold multiple container numbers, and FreightView picks up every one.

How do I delete a container when I'm done?

Just archive it. It moves to the Archive tab, off your main dashboard, and you can still look it up anytime.

How many people can log in?

As many as you want. Every plan includes unlimited seats.

How many containers can I track?

As many as you want. There's no container limit.

How often does the data update?

Every 30 minutes. FreightView mirrors the terminal and carrier websites, so you see what they see.

How does setup work?

Go to Connections and log in to your terminal and carrier accounts once (TERMPoint, eModal, Maher, eContainer). That's it. Upload your first delivery order and you're tracking.

Does FreightView integrate with my TMS or other software?

No. FreightView is a standalone tool, so there's nothing to install or connect to your other systems. Log in, upload a delivery order, and you're tracking.

What do I see for each container?

One row per container with vessel ETA, status, location, holds, Last Free Day, and reefer, genset, or hazmat flags.

How do my customers see a container status?
